Okay. I rarely give reviews on anything, but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to rave about AC Solutions. We have been looking for a dependable company to service our AC and Furnace units for quite sometime, but have been disappointed time and time again, either due to service, knowledge or price. AC Solutions came out to investigate and possibly replace a part, which I was told by another company that we needed and it would cost me close to $550 to repair. AC Solutions looked over the unit thoroughly, and found that it was just a $25 vacuum hose. They also waived the service call fee and did a $99 Cleaning instead. Chris and Chad were very professional and explained everything in great detail. They were very knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about this company. Thank you AC Solutions for saving me and family a lot of heartache and a great deal of money.

This 2 year old Lennox has a leak in the evaporator coil. Most other companies have switched to an all aluminum evaporator coil Lennox is still using old technology. Customer wanted a second opinion on this Amana unit due to it not cooling. Another company said the evaporator coil was leaking and it needed replacing under warranty. After our diagnosing of the problem we found the the TXV has went bad. The customer also has a parts and labor warranty through Amana so that cut their out of pocket cost in half. Had someone changed the coil under warranty they would have had to pay for the coil since there are no leaks present.
